Technical Server Details

RhysIT’s main servers are based in Jacksonville, Florida. These servers host all of our clients websites, email services as well as client details. Because of the sensitive information contained within, we have the following data precautions:

[1] Our Jacksonville, Florida, datacenter is within a building housing an operating Federal Reserve Branch.
[2] This location is staffed 24/7/365 by federal law enforcement officers.
[3] All employees and visitors here undergo background checks prior to entry to the datacenter. X-ray and K9 units are used to inspect everything physically entering, and exiting this facility.
[4] The building is engineered to withstand a Category 5 hurricane, which matters in Jacksonville where the potential for such, while rare, does exist.

All our servers run with the following specs:
4x Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU X5660 @ 2.80GHz
64GB DDR3
1GBps Dedicated Upstream

This ensures that your data is always brought to you quickly and efficiently.
